We have the very highest standards when it comes to product quality and we constantly evaluate our products against the competition to ensure we’re not just market-leading in quality, but also on price.

 Price

We set highly competitive prices for all our products.  If we find another local competitor offering a better advertised price for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions, we’ll lower our price to match plus give you an additional 10% off,  including when a competitor is having a sale.

Service

The Paul Evans staff are partners in the business, and are highly trained to offer helpful, impartial advice on all products. Our service doesn’t end with your purchase – we provide excellent after-sales and a great choice of expert services to help you, from free estimates to installation. We also offer installation advice should you desire to do-it-yourself.

Conditions for price matching

We don’t expect you to find a lower price at another local competitor for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions – but if you can, we’ll beat the price by 10%  when you buy from Paul Evans Carpet & Flooring. In order for us to price match, we must be able to obtain the exact same product from the exact same manufacturer as that offered by the local competitor. To be given a price match, you must provide us a written estimate which details both the material you are purchasing and the services which are being provided. The estimate you provide must clearly identify the competitor’s name and location and must be computer printed on the competitor’s invoice/estimate stock.

What we mean by ‘Local competitor’

Local competitors are any full service flooring store located in within a 100 mile radius of our locations.  Although being far from full service, we also include any Home Depot or Lowes store.  We don’t match competitors who are in liquidation or closing down.

 The prices we match

We match prices publicly available to all customers and we don’t match special prices only available to certain customers – such as negotiated prices or prices for groups, like account holders or club members. We don’t match prices only available via 3rd party websites, or with voucher codes.

Lifetime Installation Warranty

Paul Evans Carpet & Flooring will repair, if possible, any residential installation related problem which may occur, free of charge, for as long as the original customer lives in the residence where the flooring was installed after September 2014. This includes, but is not limited to: re-stretching loose carpet, re-attaching stairs and loose metals, repairing seams, sealing opened vinyl seams and any other problems related to the labor portion of an installation. This does not include separation and gapping caused by settling of new homes. Repairing and re-caulking of grout is considered standard maintenance and does not apply. This guarantee also does not include any damage caused by misuse or abuse of the installed products. This guarantee also does not include any picking, fraying, snagging or zippering on loop carpets.

If for some reason, a satisfactory repair cannot be made, the normal manufacturer’s warranty will apply provided all maintenance requirements have been met by the homeowner as outlined by the individual manufacturer.

Sixty Day Satisfaction Guarantee

CARPET

If you are not satisfied with your new carpet within 60 days after installation by a Paul Evans/Floors To Go installer, we will change it!*

These guidelines apply:

  • Improper installation, damage, and abuse are not covered under this guarantee. All manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and therefore excluded from this guarantee.
  • Replacement flooring must be the same flooring product from the same manufacturer. For example, if the original purchase is carpet, it must be replaced with carpet.
  • Replacement flooring must be first quality and of equal or higher value from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
  • A 60 day satisfaction claim may not be filed after any other claims have been filed.
  • The replacement product cannot be the same style and color as the original purchase.
  • Replacement quantity must equal the original quantity purchased.
  • The original product purchased as well as the replacement must be installed by a Paul Evans/Floors To Go installer.
  • This guarantee may only be used one time.
  • This guarantee may only be used by the original purchaser.
  • Original and replacement purchase must be for residential use only. Commercial use is exempt from this guarantee.
  • This guarantee covers specified carpet products only from participating manufacturers. See store for details.
  • This guarantee does not include installation or freight which must be paid by the consumer.

HARD SURFACE

If you are unhappy with your new hard surface flooring within 60 days after installation by an installer scheduled by Paul Evans, we will replace it for FREE, INCLUDING LABOR!**

These guidelines apply:

  • Replacement flooring must be first quality and of equal or higher value, from the same manufacturer as the original purchase. If a more expensive product is chosen, the consumer will be responsible for the difference in cost.
  • A 60 day satisfaction claim may not be filed after any other claims have been filed.
  • The replacement product cannot be the same style and color as the original purchase.
  • Replacement quantity must equal the original quantity purchased.
  • The original product purchased, as well as replacement, must be installed by a Floors To Go installer.
  • This guarantee may only be used one time per flooring category purchased.
