When you ask us questions we will never tell that “We don’t know because I’m only covering this department this week because I usually sell appliances (or any one of many, many other excuses offered by Big Box store employees). With most major manufacturers we offer an exclusive satisfaction guarantee. When purchasing a product from one of these manufacturers, if you are not satisfied with your new flooring within 60 days after installation by a Paul Evans/Floors To Go installer, we will change it!** We know that sometimes things just don’t “fit” your décor or desires as planned and our goal is to have a completely satisfied customer.

 
*Paul Evans Carpet & Flooring will repair, if possible, any residential installation related problem which may occur, free of charge, for as long as the original customer lives in the residence where the flooring was installed after September 2014. This includes, but is not limited to: re-stretching loose carpet, re-attaching stairs and loose metals, repairing seams, sealing opened vinyl seams and any other problems related to the labor portion of an installation. This does not include separation and gapping caused by settling of new homes. Repairing and re-caulking of grout is considered standard maintenance and does not apply.  This guarantee also does not include any damage caused by misuse or abuse of the installed products.

If for some reason a satisfactory repair cannot be made, the normal manufacturers warranty will apply provided all maintenance requirements have been met by the homeowner as outlined by the individual manufacturer.
